Aspen Joinery began operations in 2017, but we have a very experienced management team who have been working in joinery manufacture and installation for over 20 years. The operations team have been working together for over 5 years now and since changing owners have gone from strength to strength with an ongoing reputation for quality and service.
We offer all aspects of joinery manufacture with a strong focus on education, commercial joinery and specialist fittings.
We can offer residential clients a full suite of options from new kitchens, laundries, wardrobes and stairs.

Meet the Team
Martin Diack, Joinery Manager
Has been working in joinery for the majority of his life. He completed his apprenticeship in joinery and cabinet making, plying his trade in NZ. Throughout his career in NZ and the UK, he has gained valuable experience in manufacture, project delivery and management. As the Joinery Manager he will be your first point of contact and responsible for the delivery of your project from start to finish.
Raimondo (Rai) Marsiglia, Factory Manager
Is a strong leader and experienced foreman. He works closely with Martin planning and scheduling manufacture and drives the factory team to deliver quality joinery they can be proud of. With over 25 years’ experience on bespoke cabinetry and timber joinery, Rai and the Aspen team can manufacture a wide variety of bespoke joinery, highlighted by the recently completed reception desks available for viewing on the project page.
The rest of the high performing team, made up of programmers, joiners and installers, are dedicated to their trade and proud of what they achieve. Aspen Joinery prides itself on being a collaborative and close knit team and this is the is the approach we bring when working with our Clients.
